French Authorities Released Official SAIP App For Android & iOS devices

Today French authorities released its official SAIP (système d’alerte et dinformation des populations) app for Android and iOS devices. With that government can alert users of any potential harmful terror attack events which may occur. The app is available in both French and English languages. The laert gets activated when the user is in or enters an at high – risk zone. Check out app description below.

SAIP, meaning “système d’alerte et d’information des populations” (system to alert and inform populations) is the official government mobile alert application from the Ministry of the Interior for smartphones running iOS.
This free application allows users to receive alerts in the case of exceptional events (nuclear, hazardous materials, and hydraulic structure failure alerts, etc.) that may result from an attack within a specified geographical zone, providing that the user’s geolocation settings are activated and that the application is active.
