We recently reported about the imminent launch or release date of Samsung’s Galaxy A5 and A3 – 2017 edition in Europe, which is expected to be in mid-January 2017.
Now, more information has surfaced online regarding the certification. At-least, three Samsung devices have passed certification in Europe, which leads us to believe that these are indeed the A5 and the A3 smartphones, leaked earlier.
There is also a dual SIM version (SM-A520F/DS) of a device listed too.
Regarding the pricing, as previously reported, the Galaxy A3 (2017) will retail for €349 , while as the Galaxy A5 (2017) will be priced around €449. Both the Galaxy A3 (2017) and Galaxy A5 (2017) will be available in Black, Blue, Gold, Pink color variants.
So far what we have known of the specs, the Samsung Galaxy A3(2017) comes with a 4.7-inch, 720p resolution display, Mali-T830 GPU, 1.5GHz Octa-core processor paired with 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage with a dedicated Micro SD card slot. There is a 13 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera. The phone runs Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 out of the box.
