Slack Voice Calling Feature Is Now Rolling Out To Everyone

Slack today announced that voice calling feature is now rolling out to everyone. Company has been testing voice calling feature on its beta channel for several months. And now today it is available for everyone.

In blog post Slack says

Anyone can make one-on-one calls, while paid teams can also make group calls in any channel or group DM. When someone initiates a call, a message will appear, inviting you to join the call.
Getting started with Slack calls is a pretty straightforward process. If you’re on desktop, you can initiate a call by clicking the phone button at the top right of the window. In the Android app, you can make a call by tapping “Start a Call” in the channel title or DM dropdown menu.

The latest addition to the app is now live on store. Make sure that you hit following link to get Slack app on your device.
