Samsung Smart Switch Mobile app now supports Windows 10 Mobile

Smart Switch

Samsung has released a new update for its Smart Switch Mobile app in the Play Store for Android.

v3.4.01-8 brings quite a few new features along with the support for your Windows 10 Mobile device. The app gives you the freedom to move your contacts, music, photos, calendar, text messages, device settings and more to your new Galaxy device.

What’s New in v3.4.01-8

  • Supports N OS
  • Additional content support for iCloud (iOS 9 or higher)
  • Supports Windows Mobile OS10 (only Phone)
  • Bug fix

The Smart Switch app scans and transfers content stored on the device as well as from the SD card (if used).

If you already own a Galaxy S7/S7 edge device or you are looking to buy one, Smart Switch app comes pre-loaded on your device. Tap [Settings] > [Backup and reset] > [Open Smart Switch] to get to it .

The app supports both wired and wireless transfers, but the latter is fairly hassle-free.
