The company Ringing Bells has made the cheapest smartphone ever the Freedom 251 public on its website Courtesy, Freedom251.com and the pricing is sweeter than expected at Rs 251 that converts to just $3.7. The device is available for booking starting February 18th in India. It runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 and has one year of Warranty. Once on the page, click on “Buy Now”
Now, you will taken to next page, where you need to enter you personal details and Address along with quantity of the device to be ordered.
Here once all the details are entered you can click on Order now and go ahead. Once you have got booking confirmation you will be sent payment link.
You will get payment link by mail to the mail Id you have entered while booking it within 48 hours of booking. Booking is now limited to one phone per user only.
As you can see in the above screenshot we were able to book one for ourselves, so seems server is behaving better now. Many buyers are posting booking confirmations and failures stories on Twitter too. Read more here.

Ringing Bells, a smartphone manufacturing company based in NOIDA is all set to launch the cheapest smartphone in India. The smartphone will be priced as cheap as Rs. 500 or around it. The company was founded back in 2015 in NOIDA. They have already launched the cheapest 4G/LTE smartphone in India named as Bell 101 for a price of Rs. 2999. It is the cheapest 4G smartphone in India till date with good specifications for the price.
It is having a 5″ qHD display(960x540p). The Bell 101 smartphone is having 1.3GHz Quad Core processor which is coupled with 1GB of RAM as well as 8GB of internal storage. In the camera it is having 8/3.2MP respectively.
Yesterday the company posted a picture of the upcoming smartphone from the company which is scheduled to be launched in India on 17th February. The launching will be happening in NOIDA itself. Union defense minister Mr. Manohar Parrikar will be the chief Guest.
